1980 – Long View Sundance was our Open English Pleasure winner, Van-Lu Starbuck was then owned by Gloria Crispell and as a two-year old he won his class and went on to be our Junior Champion Stallion. Show results here |

| In 1982 The show no longer carried the International title and was now called the New York Regional Morgan Horse Show. Entries stand at 377. Karen Homer, Dayton Sumner and Joe Dunville were our Judges. Keely Sogoloff won the Saddle Seat Equitation award for Under 14. Our Senior Champion Stallion was Deer Run’s Command. 1983 show us up to 422 entries. Pat Tataronis, Claude Morrette, and Cindy Nobel are among the judges. | Phil Price and Nancy Eidam help Judge our 1984 show which is up to over 400 entries. An ADS (American Driving Society) division is held in conjunction with the show for the first time. Mary Arnold and Dr. C.D. Parks are awarded plaques and medals in recognition of the 25th anniversary of the first NY futurity (which Mary founded and Dr. Parks judged.) A stallion service auction is introduced on Friday night and Deer Run Command followed by Elm Hill Charter Oak are the top two services auctioned off. | In 1988 we’re Holding steady with over 500 horses and the show’s running for five days. Harry Sebring presents the Stettner’s Morgan Savage Arms, winning Grand Champion Stallion. Bob and Roberta Marshall’s Seaway Pilot is our Futurity Weanling Champion. Lynn Peeples shows Summerbird Ms Command and Black River Trojan to Championship ribbons.
