It was back in the early 50’s that a young Judy set out to have
horses, and she worked wherever she could to help further that
dream. She held jobs as a stockroom clerk, a phone operator, bailing
hay during summers and at the Marcellus Bowling Alley where she met
Peggy Vanderwheel. Although there were a few other horses prior to
meeting Peggy and seeing the Vanderland Morgans – it was her instant
attraction to the two year old stud Vanderland Princemoro that
initiated her lifelong connection with the Morgan horse.

Princemoro as a Weanling...
At the time she saw him Peggy wouldn’t sell
him, but Judy was able to convince her to part with his full sister
Vanderland Roseanne ("Rosey") who was a weanling, in 1965. Rosey was a
daughter of O-AT-KA Don Moro and out of Buddy’s Princess.
