As many of us look over our Morgan pedigrees we'll see the influence of the stallion Cornwallis.  If you've ever wondered about C.E. Allen, or Indian Spring Stock Farm (the home of Cornwallis from 1936 - 1944) this is your chance to hear that wonderful story.  During that time Nubbin, Hepatica, Gill and Betsy Ross made up the broodmare band.  Follow this link to listen to Bob Allen tell the story of the farm where he spent his youth.

In 1952 Ellen and Dick Stanton purchased their first registered Morgan - the weanling Allen's Mohawk Chief.  Ellen has shared with us a wonderful collection of her memories of "Mo", O-AT-KA Don Moro, Windcrest Flair, and Aaron Allen...and some super mares as well.  You can visit the Tanglewood profile here...

In memory of Mary Arnold - an extensive profile that covers Mary's life with her morgans - including interviews with her husband George and daughter Esther. Learn about the Arnona Morgans and view photos from the family scrapbook. As well as the Arnona Morgans, you'll see Archie O, Lippitt Field Marshal and Bald Mt. Fireglow.

Curt Smith was one of our early members, and as you visit his scrapbook you'll be able to hear about the first NY Morgan Show (Curt was the treasurer) as well as enjoy a wonderful story about how Curt's Morgan was Michael Landons (of Bonanza fame) horse of choice for the Shriner's Circus.
